Urban Manhunt: 3D Tokens

Take your games of Urban Manhunt to the next level by printing out these 3D tokens! Here’s what you get:

Token Dimensions and Recommended Settings:
The stl files are already preset with the correct millimeters. If you are unsure if yours are printing correctly, however, here are the standard sizes for each:

1st Player Token: 30x28x12mm

Wound Tokens (all types): 20x20x5mm

Momentum Tokens (all types): 20x20x5mm

Item Marker: 25x25x5mm

Hidden Token: 25x25x8mm

Empty Markerr: 18x14x5mm

Reload Marker: 21x20x5mm

Recommended Slicer Settings:

If you are using Cura (or a similar slicer) that allows adjustments, the following are recommended for using 1.75 PLA (Hatchbox  brand was used on successful tests). We want to advise that this set up makes for SLOW printing… especially the larger 1st Player Token. The settings have given us good results our own test printer (Ender 3), however, although circumstances (humidity, condition of filament, etc.) can vary. If you have your own preferred settings you are free to try those, as well as some of the fine suggested settings from other 3d print file makers.

If you are using a Qidi machine (our preferred for these!) or other brand that comes with their own slicing software, these settings may vary (or may not be needed at all). On the Qidi, there should be no setting adjustments needed. Just load, slice, and go!

Temperature: 200C
Layer Height: .06mm

Wall Thickness: 1.2mm (3 wall)
Infill: 90% (reducing this down will speed up prints but make a weaker structure)
Print Speed: 40mm/sec (reduce to 20mm for better quality, increase to speed up print)
Top Thickness: .6mm (Solid Top Layers: 10)
Bottom Thickness: .6 (Solid Bottom Layers: 10)
No Supports (the tokens are simple shapes that do not have  significant overhang issues)

Note: Results can vary from machine to machine. Brand and quality of filament can also have an impact on overall quality. Allow object time to cool before removing, use proper equipment and removal tools, and also use appropriate adhesive (glue stick) if printed object is not sticking to build plate surface.
