Bridgehead!

This platoon level 3 page scenario and game map is inspired by the pivotal battle described in Tom Clancys ‘Red Storm Rising’.Like other Microbattlefield titles its designed to be playable on a space as small as 3' x3' though 6 x 4 proportions will suffice.

There is lots of Flexibilty in terms of the Nato  O.O.B. in this scenario. In fact having units from 2 or 3 different Nato members will reflect the less coherent nature of the defence of the bridge. At this stage in the conduct of the campaign Nato forces from most nations were converging in the NORTHAG area as some retreated and others, like the U.S. 2nd Armoured Division, were brought up from rear areas.   A lack of coherence could also be reflected in Nato forces having to face more random events or command breakdowns according to your chosen ruleset.
